I've always struggled with anger. It was the first thing I felt when they were gone: an overwhelming fury. I was consumed by it. I was angry at the world for taking my grandpa when I needed him the most, angry that it robbed me of more time with my father, who passed away ten years later. I threw myself into arguments and fights, using them as an outlet for all the pain I didn’t know how else to express. Putting my anger to canvas was both one of the easiest and most satisfying processes I have done.
